- Does my phone listen all the time?
- No. Phones don't let any app listen in the background or with the screen off. "Hey Siri, Worxa" and "Hey Google, Worxa" wake your phone's own assistant, which opens Worxa. Inside the open Worxa app you can turn on Hands-free (when it's available): it listens for "Hey Worxa" on your phone while the app is open and the screen is on, and nothing is sent until you say it.
- What gets sent when I talk?
- The text of what you say, to your own chief of staff, the same as typing in the chat. In a phone browser, your browser's speech service turns your voice into text while you're talking.
- Do I need a PIN?
- Not for the app, which uses your sign-in. For calls, your PIN still protects account details.
